Been a member for almost 2 years and have never had one serious issue! Questioned a shipping delay (due to COVID of course) and within 30 minutes of sending my email I had a response and tracking info! Customer service is great, their products even better! I truly enjoy my monthly subscription!

Their customer support team is the best, they are kind, patient, generous and very respectful the staff will go out of their way to please your needs, they will even check up on you after words to reassure the situation.
