I just found this wonderful online shop. I usually shop at my LYS, but during this period of isolation am unable to do so. I ordered a wide variety of different yarns and was not disappointed. I shopped their sale and got great bargains for both knitting and weaving, but their normal prices on high quality yarn are great too. The personal customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be ordering again. My shipping costs were even adjusted in my favor as I had ordered three separate times.
It's rare that you run into customer service this poor. Sue is an absolutely awful, rude, and nasty beast. Horrible problems with shipping, a terrible attitude, and piss poor communication. I can definitely see why I'd never heard of this place. It's unfortunate that businesses like this exist, but judging by the weird penny-pinching mentality and whining about lost money, they may not much longer.

We have been in business for 18 years and during this time I have never been called a "nasty beast." While this makes me genuinely sad it also made me smile as it made me think of one of my favorite books, Where the Wild Things Are. Ultimately the wild things and the main character became friends. This site has insane deals on brand name yarn - their closeouts often sell in packs of 10, which can be an issue if you need slightly more than 10 or if you only need less than 5 but there's always no problem in finding available projects. I've only ordered from them once, but I received my yarn in perfectly new condition. They update their inventory relatively often with new deals which is definitely worth checking out. At the time, they were one of the few online yarn vendors to accept PayPal which is always handy :)

Be warned. They sold me this stain damaged yarn in the photos. When I emailed them they refused to acknowledge this. I will have to go through paypal and credit card dispute to be reimbursed for awful product that is useless.

Since I have learned to knit about 4 years ago Little Knits is one of my on line go to stores. They have a huge selection of yarns and patterns. Anytime I have contacted customer service they have never failed to help me. There are no physical "yarn stores" in my area so being able to get wonderful yarns on line here keeps me knitting.
I LOVE Little Knits. It's become my first stop when I need to buy a lot of yarn for a sweater. Deep discounts on popular brands of yarn. Sue has provided terrific customer service on shipping yarn. I order from them once a month and really enjoy the savings.
