Has this company gotten the original owners back yet? I have also had a bad experience here where I never did with the previous owners. I'd love to shop there again but I don't dare patronize them until I know they once again care about their customers. The staff that was there in 2015 didn't know what they were doing and didn't give a hoot about their awful service. The prices were much higher than anywhere else. Really, there's no incentive for me to return unless some big changes have taken place. I just miss the old Paradise Fibers. It really was paradise!

Terrible

Run away from this business. New ownership never takes responsibility for any issues. Emails and calls to customer service are not responded to. Stock is not accurate, and if you order something that is actually out of stock this company does not notify you. Takes weeks to get orders, but they charge you immediately, and you have to chase them to find out order statuses. If you dare leave truthful feedback on TrustPilot you get flagged, on Ravelry you get banned. This company is having employees, friends, and vendors write reviews on Facebook, TP, and Ravelry since real actual customers 98% of the time are having bad experiences. Save your time and sanity, just stay away.
