These struts were well made and seem like they're OEM. They were also easy to install. BUT... they aren't strong enough to hold up the hood on my 2000 Plymouth Prowler. I suspect that they are too old and lost pneumatic pressure.
This worked perfectly for my wife's car, even replacing just the one Lift support made a huge difference. I just wish this website had the disclaimer about the product being a single piece and not a pair was more prominent.

Bought these as direct replacements for my 2016 ScatPac. They arrived with constant tracking info quickly. Took all of about 5 mins to install. The old ones came right off with a little flat tip screwdriver to pry off the old clips and the new ones just snapped into place. Too easy! I would recommend these and this company all day!

It works but it will not fit if the tailgate cable still on. In my case i have to remove OEM tailgate cable & figure itnout the replacement. Will be nice if the seller kit tailgate cable replacement as a kit

I did a conversion product to my vehicle using the recommended parts and all of it worked perfectly. The Hydraulic shock and a ball studs are really nice quality and fit like a glove.

THERE WERE APPROXIMATELY 7 HOOD STRUTS LISTED ON YOUR WEB PAGE FOR THIS VEHICLE. I PICKED ONE OF THE CHEAPER UNITS. I THINK THEY MIGHT WORK WITH THE GLOVE BOX!

Everything was good on your end. I didn't know hat size I needed until I tried the parts I ordered. Turns out that I actually needed 13mm, not 10mm.

I was able to find the correct part by putting in the original mfg part number and it took me to the part I needed. It packed and shipped to me really fast. It arrived before the estimated delivery date. It was extremely easy to install and will buy from them next time I need any lift cylinder
