I waited over a week for my lab forms. It wasn't clear if the forms would be shipped or emailed and I never received it in any way (yes, I checked junk folder). The order form said would be shipped USPS but the customer service rep said that's just what it automatically says- how would a customer know that? It would be awesome if you all could make that more clear when purchasing. Customer service did resolve my issue and eventually emailed them which I appreciate, but I do feel they treated me like it was something I did when they simply didn't email the forms.
