Dear Rep of Lazada, please take the time and read the reviews, the "please let us know the order to resolve the problem" is absolute nothing other than sweet talk trying to prove innocence, Lazada wants to play the blame game. The only thing Lazada has proved so far is that they are incapable of being a online shopping company. Lazada is build on empty promises that is nothing different than plain lying. Just read the reviews, it speaks for itself. It's a shame that companies like Lazada are allowed to continue with their corrupted business schemes.
This was my third time to purchase in Lazada. I saw many complaints here. In my experience, I consistently received the items completely and very fast. I ordered it last Tuesday (July 25,2019), after 3 days (July 28,2019) I received the items that I purchased.
My tips for the customers.
1. If you don't trust the seller and you feel that you will not receive the items in the right condition. Just pay for the insurance.
2. Read very carefully with what you click. Many customers complaints that the items that they bought are the same (color, size, scent, etc.) There are choices for that. Use your eyes, I can't explain.
3. If you pay already and you didn't receive the items because you are busy when the delivery man arrives, just text him or just fill up the form within 12 hours for re-delivery. (the lazada will text you if it happens.)
Provide variety of stuff from many places. The apps can be irritating sometimes because of the lagging. But overall it one of the good site for online shoppers since it give the customers option to view the best deals that they can get.
I am not a fan of online shopping. But last Christmas I finally gave in. I was looking for a gift for my mother, unfortunately, roaming around was not an option since I work in a hospital. Iam scared that I might get infected or can be a carrier in spreading the virus.
Her phone got damaged weeks before Christmas, so I replace it with a new one that I ordered from Lazada. It was delivered fast, just in time for Christmas eve. It was paid upon delivery but the courier won't allow me to open the package prior to handling the money. But he assured me that since I ordered it from the official store there won't be any problem.
So, I paid my package. Checked it and was glad everything was complete and the phone was working well.
Until now that phone from the online shop was still working well.
It was a wonderful first-time experience that got me hooked to online shopping.
I ordered a fingerprint scanner that was advertised as including an SDK. Received the reader and no SDK (which was all that I really wanted). Enquired as to the whereabouts of the SDK and was told I had to send the item back as the SDK is not available. More terrible service from a terrible site. Never again.
Lazada has a quality shopping experience and I have been very pleased the vendors who provide products here. Easy to use, easy to compare suppliers, great communication.

We are a huge Redmart customer (average $100 / week); now we wish we could find a replacement service. I understand the need to find efficiency as they move operations to Lazada, but they have taken a perfectly fine service and ruined it! For example, finding items on the website is much more difficult. I used to enjoy it; now I dread it. Items from 3rd party venders that previously would be aggregated and sent [together] from the Redmart distribution center as one shipment, now come as separate shipments, sometimes from Singpost (ugh!). Making matters even worse, today I received an order where half of the items weren't even mine! I had to chase down the deliveryman in our carpark to manually sort things out in his truck. I've purchased numerous items from Lazada and have been happy with their service. But Groceries and dry goods are two separate categories and Lazada should look to revert back to the ways that Redmart did things.
I have bought several items (including a Nikon camera and lens worth about $1500) and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the products on each occasion. I have only purchased locally-sourced items with payment on delivery. The delivery was within the advertised times, tracking of goods was accurate and customer service was very satisfactory. On one occasion I purchased a cheap watch that broke within one day. I followed the return instructions and was offered either a replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement which was promptly dispatched and is still working many months later. I have read a number of negative comments about Lazada but I have only had positive experiences with Lazada Thailand. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.
My lazada account had gotten hacked by someone so most of the items were sent unauthorized. They sent $2500 worth of items and charged my card. Now they will returned most if items But $550 of items are missing considering the items were all in the same box. Really stupid. This case has been going on the last two months. There is Resolution Specialist Terry has not done anything accept blaim me for everything and accuse me of stealing the items as well. So PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT IS A WARNING IF YOU WANT TO LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY I SUGGEST YOU STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
They even have hackers that pretend to sell phones on the website, really it is so annoying.
