I was supposed to get a mattress delivered yesterday from 5-8 PM. Nothing! Then this morning another dayler of 24 hours, which makes it two days late. Then I got this e-mail about the cancellation and refund! Unbelievable! Reason for refund: Customer return; no, you didn't give this as a reason when it's clear that your logistics department is lazy and mismanaged. When I questioned why nobody would call us that the item was delayed (you were just too lazy due to another delivery or don't care), you verbatim told us we cannot call customers after a certain hour, but you can deliver it very late. Makes as much sense as this whole debacle. And, for you, on top of everything, to hang up the phone only shows how unprofessional you are. No worries; this is on every site, including Amazon. You were argumentative and not someone who should ever have contact with customers. Because picking up the phone and saying it's too late for today would have been the right thing to do, but nothing but excuses, then you call this morning only to tell us it's delayed another day, again the last stop, which is 20 minutes from St. Clarita. Then you are supposed to when people get infuriated with some scripted response. No, the whole thing was a disaster, and while Amazon generally does a good job, if logistics is involved, then good luck. Their rating on the web is 1.7 stars; I would have given them ZERO if it was possible. I also opened a case with BBB. I dare whoever reads this at Amazon to pull all the recordings and tell me how this was handled is normal or even worth being employed. You are just dragging the company down as a whole.
