Still waiting for help support

I have used Jotform for 3 years. I have recently encountered an issue with my existing forms where the form does not continue beyond the show/hide condition. No Jotform support in over 3 weeks since I first contacted them. I'm paying for a product that doesn't work.

Horrific support!

Basically if you are considering jotform - run away!
There support is beyond useless, they will take hours to reply, and then they will send you a link to a page that does not even close to apply to your issue. Then they are gone for hours again, only to do the same again. Its been days and i still can't get an agent to actually read my question and attempt to answer it.

I am attempting to use their system for basic client forms and onboarding. We are an accounting firm that has a need for a jotform-like solution. I shared my login with a support team to download a form and have since been locked out of the system. Try contacting support, no response; I reached out to sales to see if I could pay for a more convenient solution, but their business case from free to enterprise requires a $500+ jump in price. Avoid at all costs you may get locked out and never see your client data again...

We're sorry you're experiencing this issue and for the delayed response here. Just to clarify, our standard plans (Free, Bronze, Silver, and Gold) are individual, single-user plans. It is a violation of our Terms of Use to share login credentials with other individuals. In order to ensure that your account stays secure, please reset your password today and do not share your login credentials with others. If you need an account that allows multiple users, we encourage you to look into upgrading to Jotform Enterprise. Enterprise accounts can accommodate everyone on your team, while giving you full control and visibility into each action taken by members of your team, for IT audit purposes.
We also found out that your account was suspended for violating our terms. Please be reminded that collecting sensitive information such as credit card details is against our Terms of Use. We have reactivated your account again but we request you to remove the credit card fields on this form "A*******d Standard Info Request" or delete this form if it's no longer used. To properly collect payments, you can integrate your form available payment integrations such as Stripe, PayPal, Square, etc. Check out this link for the guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform/. I really loved JotForm, Such a useful site

I'm the co owner of a small business Just Jewelry, we needed to create form and surveys for our store. While searching the internet Jot form was one of the best survey builder platforms i could find. JotForm has been really helpful to manage all the survey and pre-order forms I needed to make for my small business, just jewelry. It has been very easy, everything is in one place and it is a very easy site to use. I especially love how easy the site is to set up pre-order forms, with several templates to choose from. I really liked this website and would definitely recommend using it. Best of all its free! Really enjoying using this site.

I was used to Google Forms, but Jotform is much better! Conditioning is easy and versatile and the design options make the form more authentic. Being able to choose between single question of form format is also great.

Consistently lose forms when trying to sync, the support is useless, they have no back ups in place. Do not use this application if you want reliability... I cannot describe how manh hours I have lost creating forms, filling them out only to lose all the data because the application will not sync up. And I am not talking about mobile data speeds... forms are lost even when trying to sync over conventional wifi!

Also you cannot duplicate logic conditions when cloning forms, you have to re-enter all the data, more time wasted! Jotform, are you going to compensate me for more time lost?

I was totally new to building forms and apps. Then I found Jotform within a matter of 10 minutes, I had the start of a great app. Very easy to use and edit. They have a community and support to help you through the process. Now I just keep learning and making the app better every day.

Useless time waster
November 8, 2022

After 3 days I still don't have anything to use for my www.
2nd day and many emails later I got html that included a jotform inhouse form ontop of mine!
3rd day I managed to complete another version but without heading, they put heading on for me but html did not function so I tried downloading in PDF format 5 times, did not download.
Absolute waste of space for me

Beware the billing
August 21, 2022

Jotform told us that we were on a legacy plan and that "as long as you don't change your subscription, you'll enjoy that price for the rest of your life." Then they renewed our subscription with a 58% increase. Their support has been unhelpful. I've asked for the issue to be addressed and escalated but all I get is an apology for the 'inconvenience'. To my mind this is a breach of trading laws, so we'll be talking to our legal team. I wish there was a way to leave a no star rating.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. It is true that subscriptions will be grandfathered for as long as you stay on the same plan. We reviewed your case and there seems to be some confusion due to the misinformation shown on the billing page for grandfathered accounts, and we are truly sorry about that. This has now been fixed. To further clarify, the amount displayed on the billing page before it was corrected was the discounted price, which is supposed to be the full price. Please note that the 50-percent discount you availed during the sale is a one-time offer. This means that your plan will auto-renew at the full price. This is the reason why you are seeing the full price on renewal. Our team has already applied a fix that corrects the price information on the billing page for grandfathered accounts. Thank you for your understanding.

I signed up for free service to utilize Jotform for a Vietnam Veteran Breakfast my community and I will host this March 2024. I came across Jotform on youtube and it seemed like a good choice. I created 3 exceptional forms with hours and hours of fine tuning and input from multiple volunteers. I put my confidence in Jotform and was optimistic this process would save us time from doing it manually as we had done the previous year. Everything was going fine for about 3 weeks then today the QR codes stopped working, people are calling me, I am locked out. So, I reached out to customer service online and received an initial reply where I was asked to provide documentation that I am legitimate. I am like WHAT?!?! Why didn't they ask me about all this when I signed up. Customer Service says 24/7! I have tried to connect multiple times in the last 10 hours with no response. I complied with everything they asked for to prove my legitimacy. Shame on me for not backing up what I created! To recreate this would take a boat load of time. I don't know if I am more furious or heart broken. I pride myself on doing my best for my community and our Veterans. This makes me and my good efforts look unprofessional. And yes it makes Jotform look unprofessional too. Subscribers, buyer, user please BEWARE!
