UK to China, repaired and back in my hands in 3 weeks. Incredible!
I've used Hifigo on a number of occasions. I've been happy with the service every time. Prices are good, there's a great range of products and delivery to the UK is quick and hassle free. I applaud that they have a free post option with duties paid, taking the worry out of buying an imported product.
I live in Australia. I have purchased several items from HiFiGo and orders have always been dispatched quickly and arrived without any issues. A great online store to buy audio gear I can't purchase locally in my country.
I bought a DAC unit "Dethonray Honey H1". The item arrived a little over three weeks later. But after initial excitement about it, it was clearly defective and did not have an audio output. After many attempts to contact customer service they offered to return it but in order to do so they will deduct 1- Shipping fees $50.2- Restocking fees 20%. 3- Republic of china import tax 20% 4- processing fees 10-20%. In summary they wanted to deduct close to 80% of the product value.
Simply, there business practice is shady, fraudulent and clearly not the most customer service oriented.
I have ordered at least 6 times in the last 6 months. All my orders were received within a space of 1 week. I had to return an IEM due to one earphone being intermittent. However return was streighforward and service great. I can recommend them highly enough. They also give loyalty points so you get discount on your next order. Keep up the good work.

No one ever has been able to find the package lost in transit in third county (think that no one even tried and i'm a buyer every 5-7 days for the last 6 years+!). But Hifigo CS has done it in a day. I'm impressed how the solved the problem. And have no words for the way these people comunicate with his costumer, respond is quick, each costumer is "valuable costumer", no matter how much you spend. The are very kind and humble, some of my friends can learn from these nice people!

I'm sure others have had good luck with this company out of China. I checked the reviews myself. But I ordered 4 TRS 3 lead cables, they sent me 2,2 lead speaker cables. Buyer beware!

Purchased and received my 2.5 mm to 4.4 mm audio adapter perfectly in time but what makes me write this review is when customer service contacting me a week later worried I didn't receive my package. They saw on the postal service tracking site that my item was blocked and wanted to make sure all was ok.
