Shandong Junhe Instrument Co is a chinese company that sells hydrogen inhalation machines. Their customer service seems to be okay, at least they make a pretty good first impression, but don't be fooled. Their main interest is to sell, and to convince you to buy. Once you have bought one of their machines, the drawbacks become clear. First, totally inadequate manual and incomplete information on how to use the machine. Second, quality is poor. The machine will last just over a year. When you have questions, because you don't understand why the machine is leaking and how to fix it, you may get one polite but incomprehensible reply and that's it, good luck with that! I spent 717 USD for a now useless machine. Likewise, all my purchases from chinese companies have turned out to be disappointments. To sum it up: poor quality, poor service, no warranty.
