We were contacted by this company several months ago and decided against using them for our waste management as their contract terms were unacceptable in addition to the negative reviews regarding difficulties stopping service and the fact that they are a middle-man for the waste removal. The will not stop calling us. It is harassment at this point.

Honestly, not the best, but not bad. Their service is pretty similar to other companies, but I guess I do enjoy the friendliness of the drivers compared to my previous waste collectors who would sometimes act rudely when I was paying to use their services. For Haulla drivers, I can tell they're happy doing what they do.

I have two locations and have been using Haulla for about 2 months now. Loved my experience at Haulla! I'm happy with the quick customer service, the credit when the missed pickup happened. Best of all, I got a 20% discount on my previous service, which saved me a lot of money. Great service, Highly recommend!
This company is a joke. They are a broker garbage company, that do not even own land fills or dumpster trucks, they broker there service with other companies that have landfills and trucks to pick up for them. Which is why you will never receive the best rates
If you do sign up with them,make sure to cancel the auto renewal, which is not the same as the 36 month agreement. They con you into thinking it is only 36 months, however you will also need to cancel the auto renewal. If you do not, they will state your 36 month agreement ended, but you never canceled the auto renewal portion, so then you will need to stay an additional 36 months. Which is how they lock you in as a 'customer'.

Switched to Haulla for waste collection a few months ago and it's been great. Their service is reliable, they take almost everything for recycling, and their customer service is top-notch. Makes waste disposal a breeze!
Fraud fraud trash broker company they get you in a contract and keep sending fraudulent invoices even though they never pick up, and if you tell them that they never picked up and about fraudulent invoices they give it to their attorney and collection company to recover what that never picked up plus steal more money on top, please stay away they are professional con artist

There are times when don't pick up the trash once every 3 months. It was a bit frustrating because I couldn't directly contact the waste collection company, but it was okay because the manager in charge of Haulla resolve it quickly. Anyway, even if you use the service of another waste collection company, it is the same that sometimes it is not collected. So cheaper is better. There were a few dissatisfied parts, but the reason I'm still using this service is that I used to pay about $250 per month, but now I only pay $160 per month.
