As far as I know, my order has not even shipped. If it has, tracking hasn't been updated. It's been a week and I was told orders were being processed last week.

Your order was placed 8/17. Your item was packaged on 8/20 Friday. The day you emailed us about it. It was picked up on 8/20. This has been a reoccurring issue with our local post office here lately and had we have known about this we could’ve called them and figure out what was going on. Thank you.
