It was fast shipping, I live in the US and it came in a couple of weeks. The length and thickness are perfect for everyday wear. (18 in/ 180% density) I was nervous at first because I didn't want the color to be chunky/thick, I wanted it to blend throughout the wig, and hairvivi did not disappoint! Definitely going to recommend, and be purchasing from them again.
Absolutely loved the wig! I wont lie to yall, I flat ironed this hair EVERY day and it did not get stiff how my previous 613 hair usually do, lace melted GREAT! It did shed a bit but nothing that would steer you away from the wig...

Good hair and good lace! Full and nice and soft, Install was good and didn't shed or anything!LOVE IT.Quick shipping.When I received the hair it was nice and soft didn't smell bad and was plucked.I didn't install it right away wait for my birthday after washing it still was soft has little to no shedding. It has been on my head for 3 days now and still no complaints. I would definitely buy this hair again in the future.

The Janice unit is a little more curly than pictured, but it is gorgeous. The quality and craftmanship is outstanding.The wig process started slow, but DHL shipping and tracking is fast.I have purchased many lace units over the years, but hairvivi is by far the best in hair quality, and the unit is very well constructed. I have book marked this site, and here is where I will shop.Because of the delay of processing, they sent some gifts along with the package. Thanks for all the extras...wow! Free stuff... that is very rare these days.

This is my first wig purchase, and I am thrilled with it. When I wear it, I am inundated with compliments. The color I picked is auburn brown highlights and it is perfect. As it is my first, it still seems strange to be wearing something on my head when I first installed it, but it has encouraged me to try something new. I am 54, and I think it probably takes 20 years off my age.

The item was a little slow with delivery because DHL gave it to USPS which caused the delay. But on the good side, it is soft, the layers are perfect and it is very pretty. My hair is a little thinning due to the covid treatments. I actually went bald. I have no choice but to use the wig! Looks amazing, & I look & feel like my previous head of hair was! I can't believe it is so fabulous!

Hair VIVI understood the assignment! I tried adding some photos it was not allowing me for some reason, so strange. I fought with ordering from wig other dealers cause I was nervous about the color. Some wigs I purchased before are too dark and dull.However, hairvivi wigs natural color is dope and it's going to be easy to add a brown color myself to make it pop! Thanks for the gifts well appreciated., The lace is lit!

I would have given it a 1 star but it came really quickly. I have had other wigs that were good from them, but this wig is not good at all. This wig has thin ends, won't keep curl with iron and spray or wet set. The hair is 2 different textures from front and back of the wig. When I contacted them about it they did not want to give a refund or credit or anything. I will never buy from them again!
