I've lost 4 of my 10 credits just looking to find a map that would be suitable. No map to keep, I've viewed a map I'd downloaded and been charged again for the privilege of looking at something I'd already paid for. Can't find a map detailing any walks just picture maps showing lots of circular walks in one area but no details, maps look like kids drawings. What the heck…waste of time, money and energy. Oh and no customer services to support just automated emails telling you to look again on the site.
Been a member of go4awalk now for about 6 months and I'm really glad I joined. The downloaded walks have all been clear and concise and very accurate. Don't let the minimal fee put you off - if you like walking, this'll be the best couple of quid you will ever spend.
Cluttered site is difficult to navigate. I should have not gone any further! Difficult to download walk details and save them. Walk did not have accurate descriptions. Went with a second party of ramblers to make sure and had the same problems. Wasted money and time. Customers service department slow to respond and do not value customers.
Quick to load, easy to navigate, easy to find a walk, easy to download a walk, easy to save the walks and easy to print the walks. Loads of other interesting information about walking on the site. Had a typo in my email and the help was desk was quick to respond. Excellent site. Excellent service.
Started using go4awalk after a friend showed me their walk planning map for the lake District. Can't understand why they don't publicise this more.
It is cluttered, information is jumbled and there is no clear way to navigate through...
