Bought a dress for my daughters first prom, she was so excited. Received the dress and it doesn't look like the original picture. The torso color is not consistent with her skin tones (it is not even noticeable in the website photo), the white built in bra is very visible (the picture does not show this), and it has sleeves, also not shown in the picture. We are now out $180 because the company is playing stupid and won't even agree to a partial refund. Save yourself time, money, headache.
I ordered a total of 5 dresses from this company at $160.00 each and have not received anything! They have no phone number and you cant speak to anyone! They do not answer emails. You cannot get a refund! My daughters quinceanera is 2 weeks away and the dresses have been ordered for 2 months! WHAT A SCAM! I will be contacting a lawyer today!
I brought a dress, it look rotated different from the picture, and the company refuse to refund my money after I have send the dress back, since everything is done through mail, my emails are being ignored which is extremely rude.
DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this company. I received a dress with construction flaws, contacted them on the day it was delivered to me, requested their return address and a full refund. They refused to provide their return address or honor their refund policy. I have reported them to www.econsumer.gov and will make sure this website is disbanded.
While the dress seems to be made well, the color is not what is represented. It's more pink then purple. The dress did not fit at all. The waist was to tight and the cups were huge. This review is more about GloryAva then the dress. The service has been horrible and they are refusing to refund the dress. I have gone back and forth with the customer service person for 1.5 weeks. She asked for photos of my daughters chest, told me to get a tailor to modify the dress, then told me that it fit fine. Do not order if you are not 100% sure. They will not refund you and return the merchandise even if you meet all of their requirements. #gloryave!
Dress wasnt even close to being the color I ordered, plus the size was wrong... do NOT order from them. They offered me 17.50 back. On a dress that cant be worn by my daughter. Its a racket.
I ordered a couple dresses for my daughter and they came direct from China via DHL with no return information and no invoice. I've been asking customer service to help me with the refund but no one is responding. Dresses were really pretty but YOU CAN NOT RETURN anything you purchase. Avoid this store.
Unable to return anything! They come up with every excuse. Was willing to return and order smaller size but that wasn't allowed either! This site is a complete scam please avoid.
The dresses don't look like they are pictured on the site. Waste of money. They won't refund ny money and they don't have a customer service number. Everything is done through email.
I bought a dress on May 14 cancelled it the same day we are on May 31 still haven't got my refund back or a text or a call regarding it and by the way if you buy and cancel the same day they don't even want to give you your refund back completely only 90percent back what type of bull$#*! is that and by the way I wouldn't even give them 1 but the review wouldn't post if I give a rate ridiculously
