Global Healing

I first tried Global Healing Center for a Colon Cleanse 10 years ago when I was trying to get healthy. The cleanse helped me to clean out my system and renew my energy. I was 60 at the time and had terrible diabetes and all the things that went with it: obese, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. I was on a quest to eat healthy, exercise, lose weight and get off medications. I tried the various cleanses including colon cleanse, liver and gall bladder cleanse, harmful organism cleanse and detox foot pads. All products are high quality and do what they are designed to do. Even better, the instructions for each cleanse are easy to read and easy to follow. Their food recommendations are well thought out and based on nutritional expertise. My life now is very different. I eat healthy, I exercise regularly, I repeat cleanses as needed, usually once a year. I am currently 60 lbs less than I was 10 years ago, and I am medication free with normal blood sugar and normal blood pressure. My cholesterol levels have dropped substantially without medication! Yes, diet and exercise keep me healthy along with some supplements from Global Healing, and annual cleanses. I have not been compensated for this review, but my 10 year experience with this company makes me want to share a good thing!
