Rolando Gomez runs the site

Rolando Gomez runs the site. At the beginning when I paid $100 for lifetime membership I was able to upload photos. The site allows you to upload photos if you have a lifetime membership. The site has undergone a number of changes and upgrades. After these changes and upgrades I can no longer upload photos. I have talked about it on the site. I have contacted Rolando Gomez and he says he can't do anything. I have recently written Mr. Gomez at this point asking for my money back or to fix the problem but I haven't got a response back yet.
