I ordered a electric mountain bike in value of 3.300eur. I had have a conversation with them through email they have on their site, they were at begining very responsive. They first said that they have recived the money and they will provide order to their supplier. About few days later i got email that supplier has confirmed order and that bike will be dispatched till end of the week. By the end of the week there was nothing. I got email that they still havent recive confirmation about shipping details from supplier, and that they should recive it next week. Next week still nothing, and they stopped answering to my emails. Meanwhile, they kept promising that it is not a scam and that they are serious seller, wich turned out to be untrue. They said that the refound is on the way and that i will get money in 3 days, gueas what happened after 3 days. Again no money, just a bunch of bull$#*!. They also threaten me that if i dont remove comment on trustpilot, they will not return me my money. This is so against the law. So by by my money. Avoid this site if you dont want to lose money. I have all the proof, screanshot from site order where i have registered, screenshots from site of order, email conversation and other proof. I am going to do report to police. I got also an email from bank dat my transaction is a scam, got also proof of that.
