I recently ordered five framed pictures from Frameology, hoping for a high-quality keepsake. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Three of the five frames arrived with extremely pixelated images, making them virtually unrecognizable. The quality was so poor that it was clear the photos had been enlarged from low-resolution originals.
When I contacted Frameology's customer service to express my disappointment and request a refund or replacement, I was met with a dismissive attitude. They refused to acknowledge the issue or offer any resolution, claiming that the images were printed as provided. This was unacceptable, as the photos were clearly unsuitable for framing and should have been flagged for quality control.
I am extremely disappointed with Frameology's product quality and customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking professional framing services. Their inability to address a clear defect and their lack of customer care have left me feeling frustrated and cheated.
I sent in the picture for landscape but they did portrait. Also, cut off one of my sons in the picture to half and framed it and sent it. When I asked them about it, they said that was how the order came through without even showing the proof of what was received by them. Just a note that they don't want to look at it. I am so so disappointed. Not only that I lost my money, but extremely bad customer service and review of the order.
I sent a photo of myself and my now deceased husband to Frameology. They framed it and sent it back. They cut off a chunk on the side of my husbands head and the top of his head. The photo, as framed, looks ridiculous. I contacted Frameology and they blamed it on the photo. There was nothing wrong with the photo, it was that their matting was too wide. Their solution was for me to return the framed photo to them and they would try again. This was to be done at my expense. The frame is heavy, I would have to find an appropriate box, and it would cost me a fair amount to mail it back. I have just decided to keep it and take it to a local frame shop and have it redone at my expense.
I would never use this company again. They screwed this up and will not take responsibility for paying for return postage. This makes it unfeasible to send it back, plus, I don't know that they would do a better job the second time around.
