Chatbooks

I saw a chatbooks ad on Instagram and decided to order a couple of books for Valentine's Day. Books were delivered in a timely manner. Good quality and reasonably priced. I paid $40 for four books. Then a week later I was billed $210 to my credit card. I was furious. I went to their website and no phone number was available, only an email for customer support. Immediately, I was disappointed and thought, "Geez, I fell for an internet scam." I sent them a nasty email and within 24 hours I received a call back. Apparently, there has been a mix up with my order. The representative whom I spoke with was very knowledgeable and courteous; she apologized profusely for their mistake. The money was immediately refunded back to my credit card, plus I received a $20 credit towards my next purchase.

I've ordered several books from them and they have been great. I ordered Christmas card from them that are in postcard format. I wasn't sure I wanted to send those out without an envelope but then I saw they came with envelopes so I ordered them. I received the cards but they have no envelopes. I contacted the company and they told me that there was an error and they don't come with envelopes. False advertisement because the description clearly stated they came with "Free envelopes" The company offered no compensation for their mistake nor would they send the envelopes.

So I ordered a book for my recent trip to Banff! The book just arrived and I LOVE IT! I used the online version of chatbook since I had so many images I wanted to edit first, but uploading the images was superrrr easy as well as moving them around to be in the order that I wanted! I struggled with choosing to order because all the images looked pixelated online when you could review pages, but I knew the image size/resolution was large enough! I couldn't find one review that said they had the same problem, but I'm happy to report all images were clear once printed! I chose the hardcover, 6x6 option and now it's the cutest little memory book on my coffee table! Very inexpensive even with adding on twice as many pages as what's available! 10/10 would recommend!
