Overall, I'm quite pleased with the colognes I received. The product quality is exceptional, reflecting a great attention to detail and craftsmanship. However, I was disappointed with the lengthy order fulfillment process. In today's fast-paced world, it's hard to understand why it takes so long. A quicker delivery would make the experience even better.
I am an avid purchaser from Fragrance Buy, I purchase 2 or 3 times per month from them and I have always gotten my orders in good state and on time. My perfumes are well packaged in their box, with foamy bits and the box is well closed. I recommend FB always for the one of the best prices too. I have only had good experiences with them so no need for me to contact customer service.
I think that as far as buying cologne online goes, this store along with Fragrancenet, perfume online and max aroma are all good trustworthy discounters. I think it's just a matter of finding your bottle with the best price amongst these different websites
I have ordered six times from fragrancebuy.ca, up to this point in time I have not encountered a problem with them as all orders were delivered accurately and in a timely manner. So I cannot comment on the efficiency or quality of their customer service and hope it remains this way. My loyalty is at 100% with them.

Never had a problem with Fragrancebuy and have already spent hundreds of dollars in the last few months. Not many other websites can compete with their pricing and even though they're in Canada their shipping is still faster than most others.
