Bought a Hugo Boss watch which was offered on the 1st of May and has already been sent back twice this will be the third time. Because it is being sent back and forth it can't be worn, what is the point of having a watch for 4 months now if you can't wear it?
Boss is obviously doing nothing as the problem is still exactly the same. For how long is first watch planning to ask us to send this watch back and send it back to us exactly?
The humidity will still appear out of nowhere, which is a shame for a watch which is supposed to be waterproof and has not even been immersed into water!

I ordered a watch which had a big discount. It arrived promptly by post, but i had ordered the wrong one in error. They could not have been more helpful. I posted it back, and the correct one was delivered by courier the next day. Never had better service.
I was once again amazed at the professionalism and efficiency of First Class Watches. My order was delivered to my work address in Cape Town, South Africa within 3 days of my order being placed! Better is not possible. FCW is the best.

I wanted to get my son a REC 901 Stella RWB Porsche watch for Christmas but it was sold out on the REC website. Strangely, First Class Watches had one in stock at 2/3 of the price on the REC site. I'm a firm believer in ‘If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." so thought it might be a scam (some people online suggested it might be). Well, I did my due diligence: authorized dealer for REC - check, excellent Google and Trust Pilot reviews - check, check and finally called the First Class Watches store in England to be sure the watch was in stock and talked with a friendly English guy who assured me they had one in store- checkmate. So I went ahead and ordered the watch on Tuesday and guess what?!?…It arrived today - Thursday and I live in Canada! That's even faster than Amazon. Packing was secure and the watch is PERFECT. Two watches arrived promptly. Excellent service. Other watch awaiting delivery on back order. Paid in full through PayPal so hope there will be no problems with projected date as money already taken out of account £1250. 00 suspect that is paypal at fault not first class watches.

I have been reading the notes on your order to bring myself up to speed and the notes show that a replacement watch was sent to us by the manufacturer however from your review I believe you are saying it is the same watch with the same issue.
As we were under the impression you had been sent a replacement but this issue is still not resolved, I believe the best course of action is to return this for a full refund. We will send you a free returns label again for this.
