Ordered a banana tree as a gift for Christmas arrived dead. Went thru effort to get it replaced and they mailed another out during same cold snap arriving dead also and without any kind of measure to keep it warm during shipping. Included in discouragement is how you have to go about getting a refund or replacement. NOT all people on phone were pleasant.
Fast Growing Trees has exactly what you need to make your garden grow. Every tree I've ordered was delivered fast and packaged very carefully. I can tell that they take pride in their work and insist on providing great customer service. I will order again.
Unfortunately, some of the plants I received were packaged incorrectly, resulting in four of them being severely damaged. This suggests that the individual responsible for packaging the items may have been careless in their work. I hope this can be addressed to ensure better care for future shipments.
Thank you, Doug Sutton, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
We've been getting my trees from fast growing trees for the last several years. They really do grow faster. Also are very good looking trees. Proper shape, strong limbs and leaf out beautifully. They also are excellent at standing behind their trees. We had one die, not sure why. Could have been our soil, something may have have happened to it in shipping. They replaced it immediately, no problem. Recommend fast growing trees every time.
I ordered quite a few plants and fruit trees for the first time this year. I'll have to see how it goes as far as growing and thriving. They looked good upon arrival but the only thing I didn't like is that nothing shipped when it was supposed to. All of the plants were delayed and arrived later then advertised
I've limited time to enjoy creating in my garden. Having beautiful plants delivered during the week and waiting for me on the weekends is something I value very much. Careful packaging and good looking trees had been my experience. A good value too. 👍🏻
All threes I ordered were under the size I paid for and arrived in poor condition. They have been replaced planted for over a month now and have not improved. I have no growth, not even a bud, and limbs snap off if you look at them funny. I have two dead sticks planted in my yard. Both trees were compatible with my zone (9) and conditions are beyond ideal. This is a bad order that hasn't and most likely will not be made right.
My first shipment came looking like it had been frozen. Such a bummer. I took pictures and sent them to customer service. They shipped me new avocado trees right away. The new ones arrived beautiful. Great experience, will be a repeat customer.
I was excited to send a lemon bush to friends for the holidays. Unfortunately the plant shipped more than 3 weeks late with no communication or heads up when it would ship. Poor customer experience.
There is no person you can talk to, the process is very frustrating. I have received part of my order and only 1 tree Meyers Lemon was dead. I had to take a picture to prove it. I am still waiting for a reply. Very disappointed especially since this is my first time ordering from them.
Answer: Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.
Answer: I ordered 3 autumn blaze maples. They have been in the ground for 2 years now and have yet to turn red in the fall. I did some research and found that they only turn red if the temperature conditions are right. I live in Idaho and we basically skipped fall this year and went straight into winter. So once again the leaves just turned brown. I am hoping to finally get a display next year.
Answer: The same thing is happening to me. My tree died and they keep saying they're going to make good and nothing happens. Real crooks, this company.
