I just put in an order for 2 -3gallon aucuba japonicas@ $50 each before reading your company's reviews. Should I be concerned about so many bad reviews online?

Cancel your order now before it's too late, go to a local nursery and save yourself some money and unwarranted aggravation, these folks are not honorable.

They honor their warranty and will do the right thing - notice those that had problems and actually contacted FGT were promptly refunded, replaced or otherwise resolved. You want a living plant/tree, you do not want a bare root plant/tree. I would be very surprised to see all good reviews on any online supplier of live plants - there are too many possibilities of something going wrong from human error to weather all the way from their nursery to your yard. The good news is that they stand behind their product no matter what.
