Thier customer service has always been less than stellar. I never use them personally anymore unless i absolutely have to. Now I need to advise friends & family to never buy me gifts from here. Trying to do a gift return, which is advertised as a fucntionality on their site. No link, so I call to see where it's at. Not answering the phones now - push to chat. Takes over an hour to set-up a return I could have done in less than 5 minutes myself if the advertised fucntionality existed. Oh, and at the end - agent admitted they set it up wrong and the exchange wouldn't be fully processed to me correctly. Told me to chat back once shipped. Which I did. 2 different agents, none knew what the hell was going on, couldn't access prior chats, and couldn't help. One just disconnected without warning because they couldn't answer me. Unless you are going to order and know you 100% will never need to send anything back - good luck!
I ordered a special gift for my husband but was a little worried about shipping in time for the holidays. I called and spoke with Terrence about the order and my concern. He told me he would follow up and ensure it would be here for Christmas. Not only did it arrive, early in fact, Terrence followed up with personal emails to ensure the product met my expectations and that it had been received. Fabulous customer service! Thank you!
Just told by my wife she ordered Pete Alonso autographed picture.It has been 4 months song and dance from Joe groglio. This is not good business refund our money you have no intentions of delivering this item... to put it nicely?
Shelby was very helpful. She worked with me personally to resolve my issue. She was very knowledgable about any questions or concerns I had regarding the product ordered. She is also very kind and soft spoken, not harsh like some CSR you deal with.
I bought a Bears ball as a gift for my nephew and received a Bengal's one. Linda was very helpful to solve my problem in time for me to go back to Brazil. She helped me changing the delivery address of one item that wouldn't arrive in time. Thank you very much Linda. You were great!
My experience dealing with the CSR Linda was a joy.
I rarely return anything and I thought I will be receiving a hard time from the CSR. But to my surprise, Linda was very nice handling my request and went out of her way to do so. I meant what I said to her that she is a class act. Linda's supervisor also was great to deal with. I would deal with Manufacture direct at NBA store again.
Donna was amazing. She went above and beyond to help. I spoke to a few people before finally getting to her that could not resolve my issue. Horrible customer service and they're a total rip off! They claim to give free shipping but stick they're BS up yours with a handling fee. SMFH save your money and time and don't do business with these people. And customer service is also horrible. The thot Mira didn't seem to give two Fs about you and your business. She's just there for a check
