Don't waste your time buying from them. I ordered a Real Madrid kit with name and number. Wasn't shipped until 6/14. Today, 6/21/23, package is still at Manchester. Asked for full refund, they ignored. Filed a claim with PayPal to deal with these goons.

I ordered a Manchester United shirt for my son as a surprise for his birthday. Purchased the item on the 25th of July and 2 weeks later I still haven't received my order, We tried contacting Fanatic int, but there was no phone number, email or customer service on their website.Please avoid Fanatic international.

I bought an item as a gift on their website. Did not receive a confirmation email or a shipping notification. I received the wrong item. I tried chatting with their customer service on their website, someone joined the chat but didn't send a single message. Another attempt led me to someone who gave me an email address to show evidence of their shipping error. The email box is unmonitored and I have yet to receive a response. I tried calling too but the number just rings. Save your money. They're a scam company!

I ordered 2 x very expensive 49ers player named jerseys Home and Away and says "in stock" delivered next day, so to me like the pictured its showing the jersey with the players name on the back as "in stock"

Items took weeks to arrive and after many emails to customer service which are a nightmare to work with, only to find that the jerseys are way too big in size compared to another Large 49ers jersey I have, these jerseys are like a tent! I emailed customer services again as I would like to return them to receive an email back saying I can't as these are personalised jerseys which are not refundable. I haven't got my own name on the back its an active player which they can put back online for sale, absolute ridiculous service and nowhere on the page did it tell me this jersey is personalised and can not be retuned! Please do not use this company

I bought a jersey from them. Womens large usually fits me with room to spare; however, when I got it, I tried it on, it was pretty tight. American sizing vs European.

First I was told they'd give me a code to return, then they wouldn't. Shipping was $10 when I bought it, but $20 to return. I'm very unhappy with the company and their customer service. Don't recommend them because of service. The product was well made.

I've been reading a lot of negative reviews about fanatics and would like to say I've placed over 30 orders in last year or so because of the awesome selection and great prices they have and have NEVER had a problem! I've returned many items because I ordered wrong size and NEVER experienced any problems getting a credit and/or the right item. On the few times I had to speak to customer service, once due to shipment lost by FEDEX, customer service was pleasant and responded quickly to the problem. I think Fanatics offers great fan gear, great prices, easy ordering and returns and great customer service. I say shop with confidence on Fanatics.! Well done.

Like hundreds of others, I ordered and was sent tracking link, courier never got anything from FANATICS and obviously i never received anything. Asked for refund only to be made to wait weeks to receive after lots of chasing.
It has cost me hours of my life. FANATICS IS A WASTE OF LIFE! Fact

I have ordered two items off this site. Fanatics International. They were delayed in shipping due to the holiday, which I get but was still promised BEFORE Christmas.! By the 21st of December. I Ordered a hat first and then a customized jersey a week later. I JUST received the jersey (which the number is NOT CENTERED) and I have yet to receive my hat.! I have emailed 4x just to get a tracking or ETA on it but I have NO response.! I have NO IDEA where my item is at. I'm so frustrated I'm just going to cancel and ask for refund.! Very disappointed that I can't get an employee or some one to reply to me.!
