I ordered 2 flannel eagles shirts for Christmas. Both came with Washington logo. They sent me me a prepaid label. Sent the shirts back. They only refunded me for 1 shirt. They said I was supposed to send them back in separate packages. Not sure why. They are absolutely horrible to deal with. Lost $60.
Constantly misses shipping times despite customer paying for top tier expedited shipping. Horrible customer service process leaves you with either two options... Wait for your product to eventually show up, far past the date paid for or to cancel with no compensation for the hassle and time this company consumed while ultimately failed to deliver. I would never recommend. Do Not trust the generic paid 5 star reviews that are all strikingly similar.
Ordered a quarter zip and was sent a polo. Had to chat with customer service twice to get a return label. The customer service system was not time-efficient or overly helpful. Now I have spent over an hour of my time to return an item they incorrectly sent. Would not purchase anything here again.
I received a Fanatics gift card for Christmas. I bought an item and had to return it for sizing. I received no returned money but a Fanatics egift card. I bought another item - poorly made, I returned it and was emailed that I had a $52.46 credit in the form of another Fanatics egift card. But when I tried to use that card, the company credited me only $7.62. The agent continued to say I had used the missing amount on that second purchase. I offered to send the email with the confirmed return (it was even in my ordering history)!. The incompetent agent kept trying to tell me I had used all the credit even though I have the emails indicating the correct credit amount from Fanatics. DO NOT BUY from scammers.
Worst experience everytime there never on time ever always late no matter how early you order it everytime they have failed me even if you pay extra to ship faster they always blame it on the warehouse I've been screwed over many times now once again the game is Sunday and now got to spend more money somewhere else to get what I need
This company sent me an Eagles Super Bowl Champions cap with out the rope on it. Unfortunately for me I can't return the item because I took the label off before I noticed it didn't have the rope on it. I honestly think this company sells bootleg products
Fanatics you're terrible on making sure your customers received what they order! And not just that now you won't refund the full amount until you receive the mistake you send me, on top of that i will be out of my Christmas present! And you're offering a cheaper upon for a 50 percent off of a next purchase! You really think you deserve a second try? They have had a order for almost 30 days. This week i got a email saying it would deliver on 12/26/24. Today i got another email let me know the item was out of stock and they canceled my order one week before Christmas. Yes this was a Christmas gift. I've tried for almost one hour to get someone on the phone with no luck. I've also used there chat line with no luck. I'll never order from them again and you should not order from them either!
This company is a ripoff! They kept my money even though I returned the items! I will never shop there again! Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else!and when you try to call them they are never available! Even on chat you get nobody! I will spend my money somewhere else!

I purchased a polo today had to pay a hefty shipping charge and did get a "30% discount code" but when I saw the charge in my account it was considerably more - so I looked at the order and noticed that I did not in fact get the discount promised. I called the customer service number to cancel the order (within about an hour) and was told I could not cancel the order that I would have to receive the product and then return it. I was also advised that I couldnt get the discount either. So - I highly recommend not purchasing anything from Fanatics. The service is terrible.I will also be doing reviews on Google and other social media outlets.

I do agree that the holiday will add a little extra time but I don't believe it's as bad as everyone is saying. I don't know why I had such a good experience with them when it sounds like everyone else is angry with them. I'm curious to see how it goes for you.

They literally have fulltime dedicated employees who monitor sites like SiteJabber to provide responses to all the well deserved, nasty Fanatics reviews. It is entirely likely that any and all positive reviews touting their customer service are internally generated by their own employees. Write letters to your licensing body whether it be NFL or MLB and let them know about Fanatics and their FRAUDULENT and DECEPTIVE business practices. Fanatics should be glossed as Fraudnatics.
