I would not worry to much about the negative feedback. You should get your items delivered to you with no problem. It might take a little time to be delivered but I had no problems with fanatics.

I think the returning is the hard part. They ship quickly. Make sure you order correct sizes or you have to eat em...

Just do not pay extra for expedited shipping. If you are not in a rush, all should be fine.
