No matter what name brand printer you have, BEWARE OF ezink123 because if you have a problem, they're not going to help. Ezink123 knew about Epson compatibility problems (Google "epson compatible cartridge problems" and see for yourself) and still sold them to unsuspecting customers and now suddenly sells them heavily discounted to get rid of them. Needless to say, they wouldnt refund their customers. If you've bought Epson cartridges from them and it's within 60 days, return them if you can because with Epson's recent firmware update, they won't work (see Google). And if they don't refund your money, file a complaint with your state's attorney general (it's easy).
Price was great and it saved me a lot of money compared to buying the over priced OEM cartridges. The cartridges are almost identical the store ones and they work great. Another plus is that they have free shipping.
EZ Ink123 gives no customer service. I emailed three times without a response and live chatted once. The live chat was worthless, since they will not warrant anything beyond 60 days and are not flexible with this policy. I dont even try to use the cartridge within 60 days. If I could give a zero rating I would, but the worst I can do is a one. Do NOT order anything from them. If you have a problem they will not respond.
Ezink123 – I purchased a set of ezink123 toner cartridges through Amazon. The first of the two cartridges failed after very limited usage. Every page printed was partly covered with black ink. The box doesn't provide the name of the manufacturer. The paper insert advises to contact the vendor.
Purchased Ink for my Epson XP-640 and the cartridges didn't work, the printer said it did not recognize them. I contacted them and let them know the problem and they would not help me, said the 60 day time limit is up. Do not trust them, I lost $55 and they didn't care, you would think they'd want to keep a customer?
That's great! Cheap and fine! The quality is not to say, printed inch photo, later do not have to go out to print, but also save money, the next is to learn how to set up. You can also print some pictures you like
They work very well on my printer, and they perform very well! The packaging of the products is very good, and the printing quality is very good. Most importantly, you don't have to pay too much for a real ink cartridge. These compatible ink cartridges are affordable and can meet my daily printing needs of various documents and pictures.
I am using a Canon TS 8120 and got tired of paying the high prices for Canon ink. I saw the references to EZ ink, looked up some of the reviews and decided to give it a try. Now many months later I have to replace my pgbk ink and have been completely satisfied with both the results and the longevity of the ink. I highly recommend this ink to other uses of the Canon products. I can't vouch for any other printers.

ADVERTISED TECH SUPPORT NON EXISTENT- Called left message NO RETURN CALL-REFERRED WEB SUPPORT LOCATION TOTALLY USELESS/ NON EXISTENT- Was given a referral to E-BAY site to order more cartridges? I THINK NOT- ALSO LIMITED RETURN WINDOW-DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS " RIP OFF RETAILER."SHAME on E-BAY for using this Retailer! "Advertising Too good to be true."
