The product were great. I needed to order new inks and cartridges for my kids projects and homework. My husband is always the one who does the orders. However, he's away on a business trip so I have to do it by myself. I made the wrong order because I didn't know that there are specific cartridges for each printers. I called in the customer service about the issue and they were very glad to assist me. I ordered a new one and got all the help I need.

I represent a medical business who has been ordering high quantity cartridges from Atlantic Inkjet for several years. We had problems with the remanufactured cartridges working in our printers, went to original cartridges but by then our printers would not work. I tried to make a return or get credit for several unused, unopened cartridges but the company refused any credit or refund at all. They could not care less about keeping me as a customer and I urge you to not order ANYTHING from them. Janet R.

Definitely not in business since 2000. I believe that the original company based in New Brunswick, Canada (until just a few years ago), operating both US and Canada webpages, with smart young techs who could help with any printer problem, good prices, good products and fast shipments, was bought out by a Chinese company whose offices are now in Irwindale, CA. NONE of the good characteristics of the original company have continued. The positive reviews seem to have been written by the owners people, note the terrible grammar. Service is lousy. I'd stay away from this company.

I ordered two cartridges for my Canon MX882 from AtlanticInkjet.com, supposedly a Canadian store. I was hoping to get something better than my last cartridges from a different company. When I clicked on the "more details" link, it said the ink was made in America. I would have to take the chips out of my old cartridges and put them into the new ones, but I was willing to try.

What I received were two G&G cartridges from a place called Re-Inks in California. They said they are now Atlantic Inkjet. I emailed them saying they were not the ones I ordered, and the guy said they must have pulled the wrong cartridges in the warehouse. Sure! I asked if they really did have the advertised cartridges. No response.

If I had wanted G&G cartridges, I could have gotten 6 of them for $19.99 from e-Bay, free shipping. I would not have paid $21.97 for two of them.

I did get my money back with a moderate amount of trouble. I phoned and had to punch the button for wanting to place an order to get someone to talk to. But I just wanted to keep as many other people from stepping in this one as I can. So far my new order from PeachTree Ink seems good.
