This isn't my first time buying with eyebuydirect, and I honestly come back because the perks and frames are fantastic. I noticed the newer feature showcasing the 'similar to this style' options, and I think it's super cool!

The original prescription was submitted with two wrong values. I believe that this was my mistake. Following my submission of a second prescription through the online form I received a second pair of glasses that are perfect and I am enjoying wearing them very much.

It is 4:00PM CST on December 31/2024. There was no live chat, or someone to talk too when I needed help with my PD question. Fortunately Zenni had a digital ruler available and it answered my question. Please get a digital ruler or have someone around 24/7 as claimed.

I wanted the John Lennon look so I decided to go with the Abazam glasses. My biggest concern was the price for 1.67 index lenses with transitions--but I was very satisfied with the price and the purchase!

The website is very easy to follow and received the glasses in a very timely manner. Good quality product for the low prices you pay. The nice packaging goes above and beyond. Makes you feel like you are buying from a high end optometrist. Love your website, your product and the fast shipping.

Yeah, it was easy enough to order. The glasses are good except the nose bridge pieces are very loose and rattle quite a bit. I'm nervous they will fall off.

Don't waist your time at Costco for glasses. Eyebuydirect as what you need for a fair price delivered to your door and the receipt was accepted by my insurance company.

The site is easy to navigate. It is very straight forward, and simplifies the task of acquiring a new set of glasses.

It was good. BTW, Canadian shoppers don't get a chance for 4 payments through PayPal.
Also, you should seriously consider Affirm.

Ordered November 19th, it is now December 17th and I still have no tracking number. Have contacted them twice, online chat was absolutely useless, email was simply an acknowledgment of them still not being shipped, no shipping date available and the only offer to refund my $10 shipping cost. A friend ordered two days after me and received theirs 10 days ago. Not likely to be a return customer at this point.
