I ordered a book in Used condition but I didn't expect it to be in prefect used condition. Item delivered within 7 days.

The book was completely detached from the cover. A receipt inside the book from the previous company Ergode bought the book from clearly stated this was an issue, but Ergode ignored this and sold the book without any mention of the issue with the cover

Ordered an advanced Spanish course quite overpriced but wanted it. Was given a tracking number but from a NON USPS service. Tracking app could not find anything. I emailed them multiple times.their responses were vague which set off my alarm. Finally this morning I received email they're in contact with the shipper. A few minutes later I received a message on Amazon France they considered it lost in transit and were refunding the entire cost...so I'm unable to provide photos as it never arrived. I'm suspicious they never sent it in the first place. I don't trust nor respect them. Reading the many negative comments justifies my distrust.

I ordered a book which was the atlas component of another book. A previous bookseller got confused and sent me the original book, not the atlas. Previously I had attempted to order the atlas through the inter library loan department of our library and they also received the original book, not the atlas. Consequently, I was very pleased that Ergode Books not only sent me the right book, but also provided excellent customer service. The book was in better shape than described.

Purchased a book on July 5, I contacted them July 8 to request a tracking number and the replied back stating that the post office had managed to damage the book in transit and return it to them all within 2 days.

Do NOT BUY from them.

Did not reply to either of my emails requesting tracking and delivery information. 7 - 8 days after I ordered, they emailed and said they found the book I ordered to be damaged. They canceled my order and did actually refund my money.
You're taking your chances with these people.

Bought an Ex library copy of Exiled from Earth. Any book I've purchased without a picture has included a dust jacket unless it specified otherwise. This one didn't, although at $11 in acceptable condition I assumed it would, and I would have just let it go but their email says to contact them if I'm unsatisfied in any way, so I did. That was pointless, as they simply quoted one of their ex-library descriptions, and did nothing else. That is what really irritates me enough to leave this review. On top of this, the email they sent after purchase says the book will ship in 24 hours. It took about a week to ship, not that it matters to me in itself but that's two examples of them just blatantly ignoring their own messaging.

Good quality, right sizes and it came earlier than expected. I am very happy with this seller. And much appreciated.

Really bad company to deal with. My book didnt even ship from them. Some guys house in CA. Arrived poorly packed and damaged. Good luck getting a refund. You will get a run around.

Ordered a new book through a book website, received a wrong title in used condition. After multiple emails was offered a replacement copy. Received a used, damaged copy from a Goodwill store (invoice left in the book). Avoid this seller.
