I purchased a cv axle for my Volvo and had it installed, now at 60 mph and over it vibrates which tells me the axle is a rebuilt not new, I didn't want a rebuilt but the ordering process didn't specify. My old axle rubber boot was badly torn and that was the only reason I had to replace the axle since there are no shops nearby that can replace the rubber boot. It's costly labour to install and would be costly to repeat the process. I'm so screwed.
It has been a pleasure working with Dean at eEuroparts over the years. I am not mechanically inclined, so I've relied on Dean's expertise for what parts are needed and advice on how to make some of the repairs myself. EEuroparts is my first choice for Saab parts.

On 12/17 Paid for highest shipping to get it by 12/23. It didn't get to me until the 12/29. Tried to call customer service but got no answer. Don't waste your time with this company.
2004 with only 90k on the clock, and because eEuro has all the service items this vehicle needs it feels like a 5 year old car even after 20 years. This company always delivers promptly and quality. I get to stay in a Saab as long as possible.

Every time I purchase from Eeuroparts is a good experience. They have options on almost every part from Original Saab or Original Volvo and they have aftermarket options with good prices. Shipping is timely. I recommend Eeuroparts as a source for your European automotive needs.

I would not buy any parts from these company. They dont take back when they used parts. You have to pay return shipping as well. I dont think any company will do that. I would suggest NOT TO BUY from these eEuroparts company.
Part didn't fit my vehicle. The process to return was to have my mechanic photograph the installation, show where it doesn't fit, etc., then include my vin number. I don't think that my mechanic appreciated being asked that. It's not worth my time and the chance of losing my mechanic to fulfill Eeuroparts requirements. It's money list and a lesson learned. I purchased the part off of Rickauto, and it fit perfectly.

No surprises with my orders from eEuroparts. I find they have a good selection of parts ( would hope that they would have more for late model SAABs tho) prices are reasonable. No surprises. I get exactly what i ordered, Delivery is prompt with good customer service.
