In the next chapter, course explained the Statistical Process Control Charts and other QC techniques. This is followed by highlighting the TQM tools incorporated in the industry and the systems like Kaizen, lean, poka-yoke, etc. and their utility in the quality improvement. The final part of the course deals with the Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and its need in the industries worldwide. Also, concept of six sigma is discussed briefly to get an idea upon its applicability in the world of quality. In the end, the course was interesting and there are lots more are there to cover in this topic. They also provide technical and non-technical support in case necessary. For those that don't know, w3schools is the site you reference in the xml declaration. They basically made xml what it is today. And EduCBA stole their free content and sold it as a "course". The "instructor" is just reading off a script and copying the free code verbatim. There's nothing to turn in, no assignments to do. You just watch videos of the same examples over and over. This is not a site to be trusted for anything.

The content in each module doesn't seem to be comprehensive and professional. The instructor is just reading the content of the presentation without providing adequate background and context of the material. It was painful to go through the modules of US GAAP-2023. It is impossible to focus with the instructor's confusing explanations. I expected them to be an expert on the topic which doesn't seem to be the case. Please avoid this course and spend your effort and time elsewhere.
