I filed for the first responders discount and was approved with my *******@verizon.net email, ordered seals for radiator on my 68 vette. When I went to order it, it would not let me change the email address to my home email address and used my work email address. I tried to change the email address to my home email, and I could not because that email was already being used. So needless to say, I did not get my discount. The First responder status was verified but I did not get the discount. I believe it is tied to the other email.
Before I ordered mufflers EK-57-*******-1 last week for my '57 Nomad., I called and spoke to Nicolas. He said he was certain that both the inlet and outlet pipes were 1 -7/8" O. D. I took a chance and ordered them any way. When I received them I measure both ends. The inlet side is actually 2- 1/8" O. D., and the outlet side is actually 1- 3/4' O. D. They fit my car perfectly. You may want to update your web page for this item - it may help you to sell a few more. Thanks
First buy in slow to rehab 86 IROC. More to come but engine will be first to happen. Old hood struts sat a lot of winters in cold that ruins pressurized struts... new struts are a welcome game changer right out of the box. Delivery is 7 days, ok, no rush car hasn't run since 2006.

As I was driving down the road one day in the pouring rain. One couldn't help but remember a documentary that I saw when I was younger. It was on the history channel. I believe the droplets never glistening all over the side of my cheek due to the weather strips I purchased through another manufacturer reminded me of that documentary that documentary was about Chinese water torture so day and day out as I drive to work to my endless numbing job I'm getting Chinese water tortured and I said hey, you know, buddy you work hard you deserve some gosh darn weather strips, or else something bad might happen so I surfed all over then. I finally landed here and I couldn't be happier and so are my coworkers.
Very good experience with Ecklers! I had a great conversation with Jan P. I was looking for a temporary cockpit cover for my newly acquired 1960 Corvette. Jan assured me the one I purchased would be perfect. It's light enough to fold up in the trunk and very easy to install when the car is in convertible mode, without having to put up the convertible top. Ideal for the quick, unexpected showers we get frequently in Florida. And I can use it as a sun shade on the upholstery when it's parked. Thanks for a professional experience.

Having been a member of the Classic Chevy Club (member #10-*******) when they used to produce a monthly magazine, free catalog and have discounts for members at various times of the year, I wonder what caused all of this to change. I was never informed of a reorganization of your business or the dissolution of the club membership and its perks. Having spent thousands on restoration parts I feel you allegiance to previous customers is no longer valued.

Have made several orders and they were all exactly what I needed. The technicians are very helpful. Had 1 damaged product and 1 small part missing. Ecklers quickly replaced each item without any issues.
I talked to 3 different people in three different departments and noone could get me the discount advertised online. The code never came to my email or spam folder.

Bought stainless trim for my 39 ford. One was mangled. I had to jump through a few hoops but supposedly will get it from back order.
I was shopping for parts with several online vendors, but I ended up talking with Gryphon on the phone and his good customer service and knowledge won me over.
Salesperson was very helpful. Very experienced answered all my questions. Gave me some great recommendations. It was very satisfied.
In Alaska, we don't get USPS delivery to our homes. They shipped one item UPS and one item USPS. The one that came by USPS was returned. I called and requested that they resend another either to my PO Box or by UPS. Almost a month after I had placed the order, the old one still hadn't been returned to them and they hadn't shipped out a replacement to me. When I went online, Missy told me I have to wait until they receive the old one back and I need to be patient. Meanwhile the item was bouncing back and forth between 2 post offices. I cancelled the order and order it through summit. It was half the price.

Park and Turn Signal Lamp (80-82 Corvette C3) you ordered, but it was not delivered due to the issues with receiving USPS mail at your address. We were not aware of this issue when the order shipped out. If items are under about a pound, we and our partner vendors will normally use USPS to ship the item. We are working on refunding you the cost of this item. Once this is completed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.

Experience was fine. THe only issue I had with a previous order is that I never received any email notifications on my order. I chatted with a representative and we verified my email was correct but I still did not receive any emails. I still received my part quickly.
