I've ordered hair oil from this company call East African secrets on 3/6/2023 they claimed it would take 7-10 business days for my package to arrive weeks later my package never arrived and when I contacted them on their site they gave me a bogus tracking number that doesn't exist. I try to contact them again they claim their checking with the production team to see if my order has been shipped which was another lie I ask for my money back they claim the company doesn't have a refund policy?! So now I'm with out my money and no hair oil. I try reaching them on social media but apparently they blocked me from Instagram just because I ask about the shipping and my money back.
