Bought a dyneema tarp and dyneema guylines from Dutchwaregear. On my second pitch, two side pullouts on the tarp ripped of in a storm. I contacted Dutchware to ask if this was to be expected. They informed me that dyneema, albeit extremely strong, isn't flexible. In strong gusts, without any flexing parts, something has got to give. Since I was using Dyneema guylines, they adviced me to add a bit of shock chord to the end of the pullouts to add som flex. They ALSO offered me a new silnylon tarp (which has more flex) in any color to try out instead, free of charge! I didn't even ask for it. As icing on the cake they sent the new tarp and shock chord to me in Norway as a gift so I didn't have to pay customs. I have since repaired the first Dyneema-tarp and added shock chord as they suggested and it works like a charm. Fantastic customer service, great gear, and I couldn't recommend them enough.

They provide quality hammock gear you won't find anywhere else. These are generally small, light gadgets to securely attach and tension lines with no knots required.
