The person I dealt with in store was helpful and honest with her information which made sure that what we purchased met our needs. The furniture was delivered when they said it would be. The gentleman making the delivery phoned from 30 mins away and he put our furniture in a sensible place on our drive. All in all, a very easy, problem free experience. And we love our new garden furniture!
