Total scam. Don't buy. The dress looked cheap and smelled of chemicals. The apliques on the dress were glued on, not sowed on. My dress was also badly designed. I submitted my measurements yet the zipper hole was way too small for me to even try on the dress. I ended up calling Chase and reporting them as fraud.

Thank you for your work. I will recommend your company to all my friends. It is very important for me to have a place where I can buy what I need.

When I ordered my dress (4/2) the estimated arrival date was 4/24. I reached out on 4/24 to get an update and Alex told me it would be "ready for shipment by the beginning of May." Shipping takes anywhere from 8-20 business days, so I will not have time to get any alterations if necessary. I told Alex to cancel the order and he said to note that the dresses are made from scratch and that they would try to have it shipped out by the end of April. I understand how the operation works… they have not begun my order. Note that in the purchase order it states to let them know if the order needs canceled because of the tailoring process and not being able to recycle materials. We Know they aren't spending more than a day or two on these dresses or else we would be paying more for them. The only appropriate action for Alex to take here is to cancel my order and refund me. I will be making a fraud claim with my bank.

To all brides on a budget - you are better off putting your $$ towards a slightly more expensive dress. Still White is a great site with some affordable options. Avoid the dressmaker operations like DressAfford.

For my last-minute wedding dress shopping, it was not bad at all! The wedding photos were taken pre-alteration cause I had no time for it. After the alteraton, my family thought I spent hundreds or even thousands on this dress! Lol.

Now that I spent my money on the order I won't receive in time for my wedding, I don't have enough money or time to get another option. Paid $240ish canadian on a lace wedding dress. The straps looked like they would break at any moment, the material felt like plastic and I could barely move in the dress. The refund process is sketchy and also expensive compared to the cost of the dress.
Look on facebook marketplace if you're on a budget, these dresses get sent to you from china and are not the same quality thats in the photos on their website.

When I ordered this dress, I specified that I need a midi, what I got was above the knee. I've reached out but They've made no attempt to make this right. Now I'm stuck with a dress I can't wear and I'm out all that money.
