I was suddenly invited to a dance, and needed the perfect dress, but I also didn't want to break the bank! My dress was originally over $500, and I got it less than $150! My daughter tried on this dress in a boutique and absolutely loved it but was waaay overpriced. I searched for it online & it lead me to this site. Item arrived, packaged well & o was able to secure my daughter's perfect prom dress for less!

The processing times take too long. I was told it was 72 hours. I was tracking the shipment for the delivery and it kept saying that UPS was not in possession of the package. I contacted costumer service for two days to update the delivery to two days or over night and the answered were like they were going to contact processing etc and nothing happened. It was supposed to be here today and now it says Thursday. I paid the three day delivery and it has been basically 10 days and I still don't have the dress and the party was on Saturday.

Ordered my (recently discontinued) Mother of the Bride dress. I checked to make sure that Couture Candy was an authorized dealer for the designer. The dress was on sale and in my size! Received it very quickly (less than a week). I love it!

When we found my daughter's prom gown online, we were very excited to go shopping. Unfortunately, the store we went to did not have it in stock. Also, it was not an enjoyable experience for my daughter, as it was very crowded. She felt rushed and self-conscious. I'm not kidding when I say your webpage was a godsend. I took her measurements and the dress came in only two days and fits her almost perfectly. I cannot recommend your webpage enough!

I ordered my gown on December 23,realizing that it might be a close call during the holiday season. After receiving a confirmation of my order, l added that l needed the gown for a New Years Eve Event, amazingly, it arrived 1 day before New Years. The gown is elegant,true to size and is very high-quality.
Much bang for my buck!

This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Before I purchased anything on the site, I emailed the company to ask if I would be able to return dresses if I did not like them. I was told absolutely everything can be returned. The person NEVER said that I could only use a store credit. If you are a mother of a bride or groom and you are looking for a dress, you know how stressful this process is and how many dresses you buy and return. I ended up using the store credit and bought three other dresses that I will probably end up giving away because they all look horrible. I would never shop here again or ever recommend them to anyone. AND- you have to pay for shipping which is insane in today's world of online shopping. I will never recommend this company to anyone. They should be ashamed of themselves.
