The dress was way too long and way too small, so the day I received it, I sent an email to start the return process. Below is a copy/paste from the reply.
This is Victor from Dress Afford and I will help with the return process of your order.
Since the dress is a standard size, you can return it and get a refund of 80% of the product purchase price, shipping cost not included, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The 20% of the product purchase price is for the handling fee.
Please note: If your order was shipped free, we'll need to deduct the shipping cost from the total price, and refund you the rest.
If the shipping costs too much, most of our customers will try to sell the dress locally, on craiglist or ebay.
If return shipping cost in your area is too much, besides it may take 30-45 days for us to receive return parcel and another 2 weeks for banks to process the refund, here is an alternative plan to help you get the refund sooner and to put the dress to good use.
We'd appreciate it if you could donate your dress to any of the organizations listed below, and we'll refund 50% of the payment price (shipping cost subtracted)upon receiving a photo of your donation receipt.
