I bought $ 300 worth of contact lenses in February 2021. I haven't received my package, 1 month later. They still haven't refund me. The worst company. Customer service does not help. Nightmare. Never buy from their site. Fraud.
The web site said that the lenses will ship in 3-5 business days. Well, it has been 8 business days since I ordered and every time I call I am told they will ship in another 1-2 business days! If I add the 2 weekends that came in between, it will be almost 2 weeks before shipment. My credit card, on the other hand, was charged as soon as I placed the order. And if I give up and cancel my order there will be a 3% fee for cancellation!
I ordered 4 boxes of contacts, 2 boxes of multifocals and 2 boxes of colored lenses. I only received 2 boxes of the multifocal lenses and no colored contacts. Oscar the manager tells me that I need to provide the packing invoice in order to determine whether the two missing boxes were in the order. I no longer have the packing invoice as it was discarded in the trash along with the box along with all the other Christmas boxes. I have the electronic invoice and receipts, but no packing invoice and they refuse to send me out the colored lens which cost $71.96 per box, totaling $143.92. A total ripoff. When I asked to speak to Oscars supervisor he informs me that he is a manager and there is no one higher to speak to as they manage people which is what I asked for. They have zero customer service etiquette and get by ripping off U.S. customers. I filed a dispute with my credit card company in an effort to resolve this issue. Beware of the scam. They have one person who answers calls (Dianne) and one manager (Oscar). Shady company.
Sent my contacts in a soaked through package. Contents looked like they were soaked in a chemical of some sort. Unusable. I was the sucker that bought useless insurance. It doesn't cover anything. Customer support "kyle" who never called back like they said he would I believe is running this out of his mothers basement. Or possibly in a van, down by the river.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
I'm trying to place my first order and the website isn't responding. I've read other reviews regarding website issues so get your IT person on it ASAP
If the glasses don't fit it's too late, there's no refund. Other companies, provide the shipping label and make a refund of the total price.

Answer: Semi-legit? Is that a thing? If they don't mess anything up (3 complete orders before I had the horror of dealing with them) it appears fine. Shipping is slow. Just look at the negative reviews. They are correct. Any positive review are "got what I ordered". Well good. You should. That's a basic 2 out of 5 score. Doing the absolute bare minimum of what you are promising to do. Just avoid this company. Sooner or later you will have to deal with them.
Answer: It can take several attempts. They all have indian accents. Hard to understand. Never spoke to "kyle" (supervisor?) and never will. So not sure if you can understand him, or if it's his "english" name.
