You need to monitor your driver's better, the driver in pickup truck ****** is two concentrated on driving fast then to be driving safe. Came off of the tappahannock bridge and he's bouncing in and out of cars not caring about almost hitting my truck.

Cancelled Xfinity service January 19th. I should have received a refund. When I called customer service, the first woman I spoke with was completely incompetent and had me on the phone for 40 minutes mostly in silence. She changed the amount I was owed 3 times. I asked for a manager, he was as bad as she was. He told me my refund had been given on the 7th of February! I told him I did not receive a refund! I asked what account it was refunded to? He kept saying an account number I did not recognize. My daughter was listening to this BS. She asked him if it was refunded to my Xfinity account, he said yes! I no longer have an Xfinity account! I was switched two more times, finally spoke to someone in refunds. She was nice and told me an email would be sent to me that I needed to fill out. If I didn't fill it out within 48 hours I would receive a check in 30 days through the mail! Xfinity is a terrible company that try's to evade payment! I will never use them again, overpriced, spotty service, the WORST customer service of any company!
Not much more to say other then comcast sucks and everyone knows it even us older people are ditching comcast. Be glad when they go out of business
After 23 years of service, cable, dial tone, internet I opted to cut the cable and become a streamer. Non stop emails warning me I'm at 75%, 90% your bill will go up, your bill will go up.
I final after 23 years moved to a different provider, and Comcast/Xfinity sent me a $200.00 bill for "early termination"
We needed help retrieving the Xfinity password in order to login to the Xfinity app on Roku device. The first person to assist was a helpful gentleman. We were nearly finished when a new person came on and started the process over. She had us looking for a comcast box (Did I mention we were trying to sign into the app on Roku?) The result? Our Roku screen is completely gone. A technician will be arriving tomorrow PM. For a fee, we will have a human help us out.
I reluctantly got a phone as the sales guy on the phone pressured me into a great deal. I tried to return phone, guy on phone says he'll email me a shipping label within 24hrs. I waited 48hrs, nothing. I call back and they say return deadline has past.
At this time I tell them I only want the internet or I'm leaving this company entirely because I do not want to pay $30 for a phone I don't need. Instead they cancel the phone's service ($30/mo) and now want me to pay them $30/mo for a serviceless phone (equipment). Worst company ever. Throw a customer away after nearly 20 years for a Google Pixel 8. Low
After I received a coaxial cable instead of the promised modem, I contacted Xfinity numerous times. One of the numerous people I spoke with who sounded helpful and sympathetic promised a modem would be sent out that day to me. Silly me, I actually believed her. My package was delivered yesterday and it was----another coaxial cable. Another lie. I am beginning to think that Comcast/Xfinity has a culture of lying to customers. I can picture them getting together at a bar after work and trading stories of the whoppers they got their customers to believe.
Hurricane Beryl shut down Xfinity internet. Several days later there was Xfinitywifi but I still did not have my own wifi. After testing they said it was not their fault but agreed to send me an Xfinity modem. After several days a thin envelope containing a wire, no modem, arrived. Ensuing were about 10 phone calls where I was lied to, transferred to different departments, even had one Xfinity employee put me on hold and not return. Several of them had the nerve to ask me whether I wanted my cell phone service to be transferred to them (Why would anyone trust their cell service to them after all this?) How can they stay in business with this poor quality of service?
I am trying to set up Comcast internet for my move in December. I talked to a rep who said the 19.99 and 29.99 were the same price, $40 minus $10 for autopay. When I called 10 minutes later and talked to a different rep, I was told that this was not the case, that there are two different prices. I'm appalled.
After being a customer of Comcast Business for 10 years I would NEVER recommend Comcast. I renewed our contract in April for 2 years and was assured that my services AND billing would remain the same. The next billing cycle I received a bill for a bill $500 more than what I was paying. My prior bill was $728 and my will went to $1350. I have spent no less than 100 hrs since May 13 trying to fix this, being passed from one department to another. Billing blames retention and retention blames billing. BEWARE!
They win my vote as the single worst company in America. It starts at the top but I believe most of the top management all share in this award. I have been a business owner for many years and we have a google rating of 5 stars. I wish I could give Comcast a 0. Stay away if you can.
No one really needs Comcast anymore anyway but I would rather go without than deal with these frauds. Nothing they say is at customer service is true they simply tell you one untrue thing after another and hope you will give up. I can't say Verizon is better as I have never used them but I know Comcast well enough and they are dishonest in my opinion.

Answer: No real success stories. Comcast kept me on the phone so many hours for issues which should've taken minutes each. Every call to customer service leaves you so aggravated, you cannot think straight for the remainder of the day or night.
