Terrible customer service!
I tried to buy a 4oz Morgan Dollar they listed and sent a flyer out for. When I called to buy they said they didn't want to only sell me one coin or 100 coins b/c they were losing money on it and told me I had to buy a bunch of other stuff I didn't want to get the coin. How silly. False advertising and poor customer service. My family will no longer be purchasing from this company!

Purchased coins from Westminster. No order confirmation, no tracking number, no info. This is not like any typical transaction in 2022. Total information darkness. The only thing they are efficient at is charging your CC. I honestly do not know if I will receive the coins.

Called on Thursday to place a special order. Gave my info to Josh. Called Friday when no confirmation or charge and spoke to Tessa, who said she would call back. No call back. Sent a message through their "contact us" page. Got a call from Tessa on Tuesday and again gave my card info. On Wednesday, I got a message from my card company that I had the large charge, for the coin, which they declined, but also 3 internet charges to Herbal Life. I left Tessa a voicemail that the charge was declined and to cancel my order. Tessa said they don't accept checks for gold products. I haven't had a card compromised in 2 years, until now. I personally think my card info was used by some at Westminster and I would like to hear from an Officer of the company. I never received any confirmation.

Saw their ad on Fox news, ordered a 1 oz gold coin, they charged my Amex card the same day, Aug. 25,2023 yet after 21 days still no delivery and no apparent ability to fulfill my order
