I dont know if it was UPS' bad shipping or chessusa.com bad packing job but my pieces areived loose in box and some were damaged. I contacted chessusa.com - great customer service - no questions asked - sent me a whole new white set and told me to keep the extra pieces. Free shipping. They took care of business!
Unbelievable! They did not know Steve, Bob, Richardo or Quentin. No knowledge of chess computers, past or present or what might be coming out. No zeal of chess. I have spent thousands of dollars there and I am very disappointed!

Hi Rob - This is Quentin; i'm still here! Are you sure you called our store? Truth is there are a lot fewer chess computers than the glory days of the 90s/early 2000s, and it's mostly just the Millenium stuff these days. There are a couple new Square Off models coming out this year, but that's about it - it's been pretty stagnant, otherwise!
I'm always here during the week if you're looking for more info; but the chess computer market really has not changed that much recently. Hope this helps!
