My experience with visiting three care facilities in the Northland was very informative and interesting. Max knew my client well and had "done his homework" on what I wanted for my friend. He was a caring, thoughtful, person who really went out his way to help me locate a facility for my friend. He even had questions to ask that I had not thought of. I would highly recommend the Care Patrol of North Kansas City, it was outstanding!

Jena Kloepfel has been above and beyond our expectations. We had no idea on how to help our parents live a well deserved last segment of their life. She started with helping us even know what mom and dad could afford. They are both in the same facility with different levels of care. This was my first time trying to navigate the assisted living/memory care and I felt completely overwhelmed. Alisha Ritchie immediately put me at ease. Her knowledge of a very complicated system was so helpful. She thought of questions to ask the senior administrator at Terra Bella that I would have never thought to ask. We literally could not have gotten this far without Her. My advice to anyone trying to navigate Senior living would be wise to call her. I don't know that I have ever met someone that has the ability to connect with all age groups in such a professional and intelligent way.

Teresa found the perfect Adult Family Home for my client. I was very impressed by her compassion and dedication. After Margaret had been there for a couple of days, Teresa took the time to go to the home and check on her.

Myra Marshall, a CarePatrol Advisor in Anne Arundel County, assisted me with finding an assisted living facility for my dad for hospice care in January 2024. She was amazing! Frances Zelch was an excellent guide. She knows the facilities, their management, and their neighborhoods. She is friendly and upbeat, and you'll feel like you've known her for years. She's top notch and you will learn a lot and enjoy every minute of the search.
