They don't do the weeds in the common areas, in our Mobile Home Park in Chandler,
They say they have, but that is not true.
These weeds will become a fire hazard when they die out.
We got a $30 raise in our rent and they must be pocketing it instead of using it to take care of landscaping in our park.
They don't answer push button #2 for complaints.
The trash company they have for removing trash, AZROS, is undependable and they have done more damage in the park with our chain
Link fence, road signs, and oleanders by running into them, including a bulletin board and destroying it..

I have lived in park haven for a year and a half. When I first moved here, it was pretty nice We had a few issues. But, nothing like it is now. Someone in the park was giving homeless and drug addicts the pass codes to our gates. So these people were everywhere. So, now we can only use the facilities during office hours. So, I can't use the facilities on the weekend when I am off. So, I am paying for something I can't even use. We can't go in and talk to the office people without having an appointment. I have to have someone else pay my rent because they are gone when I get home. They wanted volunteers to monitor the pool on the weekends. I volunteered, but I have to make an appointment for them to tell me who knows what. I work. They have no idea how to handle this problem. And they haven't even put up no trespassing signs. We give them information like who's letting these people in. And calling the police and giving descriptions to the office. This place isn't fun anymore and it's dirty. There's dog poop all along the wall and bushes on both sides. And the office has told people they need to wear nicer clothes for their appointment with her. This place is rediculous!

What a horrible place to do business. I don't even know words to describe how bad this company is.NEVER do not live in a place owned by them.
