Canceled membership and still charged my credit card. Disputed and filed complaint with BBB. They only have fake job offers. I reported at least a dozen, and nothing happened. The same as kept appearing under different names. They have no legitimate phone number to call. Even one on BBB is disconnected.
The worst possible experience you can have. In the times of global pandemic, people losing their homes, jobs and life, you'd think you're safe when you see the company name, "CareGuide", how wrong was I! Please stay away, they just snitched my $23 dollars, and I have nothing but couple hundred dollars till 20th of April. My daughter made a mistake and subscribed, I've cancelled it in 2 minutes and send them an email, they said it doesn't matter although I never used the service, not even 5 minutes. Empathy eh. Disgusting
