Calendars.com is very slow on delivery and, if there's a problem with your order, you've got no hope of fixing it.
I ordered a batch of 2022 calendars in January 2022. It took over 3 weeks for them to arrive. But the order was correct and a few were even discounted.
So I ordered $127 worth of 2023 calendars from them in late December 2022. Again, it took quite a while for them to arrive, though less time than last year.
But this time, one desk calendar was defective and couldn't be used. I called their so-called customer service line and spent 40+ minutes on the phone and never spoke to anyone. (By the way, there was no call-back option.) So then I sent them Email describing the problem and providing pictures. Four days have now gone by with no response.
I can tolerate their slow delivery, but, with non-existent customer service, I'm not ever ordering again. After all, mistakes will occasionally be made and if you can't get them fixed, then it's a problem!
Two weeks after ordering, said order completed, but got no product, could not be tracked, and waited on hold for customer service, finally gave up. Since it was a Christmas gift, reordered, put in a discount code i was given which was not accepted. Will not be using this company again.

Took 14 days to process 2 calendars that were "in stock". 14 days? Then sent notification that items shipped... 4 days later tracking indicates, "have not been picked up"... so, have they actually been shipped? Customer service is useless, but they received payment immediately. Never will order from this company ever again. Lessons Learned.

I have used this company successfully for years I ordered a military jet calendar to b drop shipped to my sister. She opened it to wrap and it is a Pittsburg Steelers calendar! Quite a difference who is pulling these orders? I am still waiting listening to customer service " we appreciate your patience"! Last time they will get my order

I ordered my calendars almost a month ago and get them last week. When I opened the package, I found one item that I ordered and one that did not, but I was missing the calendar that I pretty much placed the order for. I reached out to the company 3 times now for help and have not gotten a response. If you are looking for a particular calendar, don't order here. Also, one of the calendars I got started 7 months ago so it's definitely old.

Ordered a calendar as a present for the holidays on Nov. 27th, and pretty quickly got the email that the order had shipped. That's where the positives end. Order arrival time became delayed, the package never left Texas, and order never arrived. No updates, no explanation. When I check the website, it says that its "delayed" and still in Texas. No easy way to get a refund, and customer service is not available. Don't bother, go to a local stationary store and buy your goods there, at least you'll actually get them.

I have used Calendars.com for ten plus years. This year order site changed. Have always ordered one item shipped directly. This year was not able to do. I used same password as always. This year password rejected. Had to reset each time I went into site. I ordered five calendars shipped directly to me. When I checked status of order I could not find date information of items ordered or when sent. In the necessity of time I processed the order again. Order numbers ******* & *******. I received both orders and returned one by UPS charged $16.17. I will not use Calendars.com again.
Do not do business with this company. They have zero regard for customer service and have not processed my order within the past 10 days. I sent an email to cancel and will contact my banking institution if they charge my account.

Horrible service. Ordered pocket planner. Shipped from Austin, Texas 23 December. Projected delivery 26 December. Never delivered. Tracking says delivery now 27 December. No delivery 27 December. Tracking now says delivery 28 December. Today is 29 December. Tracking shows package departed UPS facility in Austin,Texas 23 December. That's the only tracking. Package never made it to Colorado. Two emails to customer service. No response. Not even an acknowledgment of receipt of the emails. 25 minutes on hold with customer service. Eventually hung up. They have lost my business.
