Small Business Printing

I purchase a professional design/printing for my business card. They promised a unique design for my company's image but did paste and copy work from another company's logo. I wanted to cancel my order and they said I have to pay for the design job. I was okay with that fee but wanted to have a copy of at least one of the design. Since I did not like any of the design, I did not want it to be printed. Now that I have to pay for a design I wanted to have a copy. They did not allow me to have a design even though I was charged. Beware! I should have my radars up when they told me that they do not have a physical address.
